Mr. DeRose is Chief Executive Officer at ServiceStar Capital Management. As a venture capitalist and real estate developer, Mark has led the charge on real estate developments valued at nearly $1 billion. From his start overseeing single-tenant build-to-suit projects to an international developer of multi-faceted real estate projects, Mark successfully navigates the structure of investment opportunities that are sustainable in their communities. In large part, the success of ServiceStar can be attributed to Mark’s hands-on management style and close working relationship with the company’s streamlined leadership team. Mark continues to earn the trust and respect of investors and partners through his straightforward manner and flexible approach to problem solving.
Mark received a BS in Communications from the University of Southern Colorado.
